Recruitment for the Nigerian Customs Service in 2023 | Minimum Qualifications
The following are the standard prerequisites for joining the Nigerian Customs Service:
- The candidate must be of Nigerian descent or by birth.
- For male applicants, the minimum height requirement is 7 meters, while for female applicants, it is 1.64 meters.
- The candidate must measure at least 0.87 meters when their chest is completely inflated (only available to male applicants).
- A government medical officer must certify the candidate as mentally and medically sound.
- All financial debts must be paid off by the applicant.
- The candidate must exhibit good behavior, be open to learning, and show respect for higher-ranking officials.
- A certificate of state of origin signed by the chairman or secretary of their local government is required to be presented by the applicant.
