He was the voice trainer and therapist at the Gospel Music College for years and now is the Lecturer, Voice therapist and Rector of Paradigm Academy of Music in Benin City. Victor became born again 1989. Started his musical journey same year and started climbing the ladder of his music career. In 1991, he became the travelling secretary to the Youth Intercessors of the Christian Youth Fellowship of Church of God Mission Int’l and by 1993, became the State Coordinator. In 1992, he alongside his prayer team opened the Eki-Uwa branch of the Church and pastured it for one year until his head pastor summoned him to come back to town to continue with the responsibility of worship leading which he was undeniably anointed to do.
