Several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences that welcome overseas students of all nations (outside the EEA) to study in the Netherlands fund the award, which is currently known as the NL Scholarships.
Students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees are eligible to apply for the € 5,000 annual scholarship as well as other perks associated with the Holland Government Scholarships.

Who is eligible to apply for the 2024 Holland Government Scholarships?

Holland Government Scholarships: How to Apply 2024

Is it Possible for Me to Apply Without The IELTS
The English language requirements of the various institutions may differ, but in general, if you have other options, you may be able to study in the Netherlands without having to submit the results of your IELTS exam.
