MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:
When dreams are fulfilled, your sorrow will be over, your tears will be wiped away, your burdens will be lifted and despondency will give way for exultant joy.

PRAISE WORSHIP: Take a worship song as led by the Holy Spirit

PROPHETIC WORD FOR TODAY:
NO MATTER YOUR NIGHT TIME, BY THE POWER OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS, I COMMAND IT TO EXPIRE, IN THE NAME OF JESUS AND I DECREE THAT YOUR DAY TIME SHALL ARRIVE.

MESSAGE: God is awesome. In today’s devotional, we shall discover the mystery behind the making of God’s champion. God’s ways are deep. God needed a man to disgrace Pharaoh and the idols of Egypt. The same king that Moses would later fight, enacted a decree which eventually became a vehicle for transporting Moses to the palace. The same monarch, surrendered his resources for the training of the leader of the army that would fight him.

God took Moses to Pharaoh’s palace to enable him study the nooks and crannies of the place. He must have witnessed enough pagan rituals in the palace to enable him fight the idols of Egypt to a standstill, at God’s appointed time.

I have often wondered why Pharaoh did not know that he was training his enemy in his palace. This is a divine mystery! Your enemies may subject you to rigorous training by making things difficult for you today, but do not worry. One day, God will establish and set you up to fight them. Moses knew enough about the armies and the weapons of the kingdom of Egypt. But only one day was enough for God to bury Pharaoh and his multi-million dollar army in the Red Sea.

MFM Mountain Top Life Devotional 15 January 2020

While Moses laid helplessly, as a baby in the basket made of bulrushes, God beheld him and saw a champion in him. The waters of the river could not drown baby Moses; and the waves could not sweep him away. At the moment, the enemy would have looked at Moses and concluded that the child was finished. But, because God saw far into the future, He knew that the future champion and leader of His people would go places.

Have you ever felt helpless? Have you ever felt so weak that you thought you would not make it? God would make a way for you. Indeed, God’s ways are past finding out. Just trust in Him and hold on to Him. He will surprise you by bringing out His champion that is hidden in you.

PRAYER POINTS:

MORNING

  1. I curse the spirit of poverty, in the name of Jesus.
  2. Every enchantment, incantation, spell and curse issued to stop my advancement, break by fire, in the name of Jesus.
  3. I break and smash the curse of infirmity. I return them upon the head of the senders, in the name of Jesus.

EVENING

  1. I curse every sickness and its evil tree from the roots, in the name of Jesus.
  2. When the enemy shall come against me like a flood, the spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against them, in the name of Jesus.
  3. Every curse of seeing goodness but not attaining it, be broken by the blood of Jesus.
  4. I curse every satanically sponsored disease germ working against my life to die, in the name of Jesus.
