International students can now apply for a variety of fellowships and internships at the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland for the summer of 2024. Candidates for a bachelor’s or master’s degree who are presently enrolled in computer science and related courses are eligible to apply.
The fellowship will give participants the chance to work with eminent senior scientists while learning new skills and gaining practical experience in their chosen fields. The three main goals of EPFL are to advance education, research, and technology transfer. EPFL is one of the two Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology.

EPFL Summer Fellowship/Internship | Qualifications 2024
The following requirements must be met by applicants in order to be considered for the fellowship/internship:
- Candidates must be enrolled in one of the approved bachelor’s or master’s degree programs at the time of application.
- Candidates for the bachelor’s degree must be enrolled in their second or higher year of studies.
- Candidates must exhibit outstanding leadership and academic credentials.
- The availability of applicants for the fellowship in Switzerland is a requirement if they are chosen.
Benefits of Fellowships
- For the duration of the fellowship, successful applicants will receive a living allowance of CHF 1,600 per month.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses.
