I composed the song in the year 2016, at a time when I felt everything was working in my favour. It talks about my recognition of God as the bringer of happiness, that all I need to do, all we need to do in moments of trails, sorrow, suffering, persecution, pain, joy and happiness is to look on him, seeking his Mercy and grace. This is explicit in letter of saint Paul to type Ephesians 2:8 where he says ‘for by grace you have been saved through faith’. Yes, only grace can save us. We therefore need to turn to God in all our situations and anxieties, recognising Him as the mighty one who is Lord of all true earth, seas and sky, and always seek His direction, guidance, protection and provision, but above all, His mercy and Grace in all we do
