Job Title: Cafe Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Our Client is on the verge of opening the very best Cafe in Abuja and we are looking for a Cafe Manager to drive the daily operations of the Cafe, oversee sales targets and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • S(he) would also ensure KPIs are met and be able to codify the Cafe experience to ensure a consistently great experience.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Cafe Manager or Barista.
  • Should be great at stock and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
  • Good math skills.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus.
