Job Description
Our Client is on the verge of opening the very best Cafe in Abuja and we are looking for a Cafe Manager to drive the daily operations of the Cafe, oversee sales targets and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
S(he) would also ensure KPIs are met and be able to codify the Cafe experience to ensure a consistently great experience.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
Minimum of 3 years experience as Cafe Manager or Barista.
Should be great at stock and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
Good math skills.
Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Customer service attitude.
Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus.
