The WEF Early Career Program is designed for emerging leaders who want to contribute meaningfully to global dialogue and solutions. Interns will engage with the Forum’s core constituencies, support the development of expert content, and contribute to key organizational strategies and events.
This opportunity is ideal for those eager to immerse themselves in project management, community engagement, digital communication, and leadership development in a fast-paced, global environment.
To qualify for the 2025 WEF Early Career Program, applicants must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrate interest in program management, leadership development, or community building
Possess strong writing and communication skills, especially for professional audiences
Be digitally fluent and experienced with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or other CRM/database platforms
Have excellent command of written and spoken English
Be skilled in content creation, publishing, or digital storytelling (preferred)
💡 Bonus: Experience in global affairs, nonprofit/NGO work, event planning, or public-private sector collaboration is a strong asset.
