The University of Strathclyde, in partnership with SSE Renewables and the Clyde, Stronelairg, and Dunmaglass Wind Farms, is offering a prestigious Masters Scholarship for the 2025 academic year. This scholarship is open to Home and Rest of UK students who have received an offer to study a select list of energy and sustainability-focused MSc programs at the University of Strathclyde.
The scholarship supports students enrolled in the following one-year MSc programs:
Full Tuition Fee Coverage
Valued at £11,900, the scholarship fully covers the cost of tuition for one academic year.
To be considered for the SSE Renewables Masters Scholarship, applicants must:
Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for one of the eligible MSc courses listed above at the University of Strathclyde.
Be classified as a Home or Rest of UK student for tuition purposes (i.e., domiciled in Scotland or elsewhere in the UK).
Not be in receipt of any other scholarship, bursary, or commercial funding for tuition fees.
Demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career within the renewable energy sector, particularly with SSE Renewables.
Note: The scholarship will only be formally awarded once your place on the relevant MSc program is confirmed.
