This prestigious and fully funded program supports talented international students at both the undergraduate and master’s levels, offering generous financial aid of up to €23,300 per year.
Sciences Po, one of the world’s leading universities in the humanities and social sciences, is highly selective and globally recognized for academic excellence, innovation, and international engagement. The Chalhoub Scholarship opens doors for students to study either at the Sciences Po Menton campus in Southern France (undergraduate level) or at the Paris campus (graduate level).
Scholarship recipients are selected by a committee composed of academic representatives, Sciences Po’s Strategy and Development Department, and the International Affairs Division.

The Chalhoub Scholarship provides substantial financial assistance:
Undergraduate level: €14,600 per year (for 3 years of study at the Menton campus).
Master’s level: €23,300 per year (for 2 years in Paris).
If the student continues from undergraduate to master’s at Sciences Po, funding may continue to cover a portion of tuition fees.
To apply for the Chalhoub Scholarship, applicants must:
Language Requirement: Demonstrate proficiency in English.
Eligible Countries: Applicants must be nationals of one of the following countries:
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Oman, Iran, or Iraq.
Be admitted to one of the following:
Sciences Po’s undergraduate program at the Menton campus.
One of Sciences Po’s eligible master’s programs in Paris.
Applying for the Chalhoub Scholarship is integrated into the Sciences Po admissions process—no separate application is required.

Once all sections are completed and documents uploaded, submit your application.
