This dynamic program equips participants with the tools, mentorship, and global connections needed to grow into purpose-driven leaders — all while fitting around your existing commitments. About the Aspire Institute

Launched in October 2021 as an independent non-profit organization, the Aspire Institute emerged from Harvard University’s renowned Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program. Today, it continues to empower talented youth from underserved backgrounds with the skills and confidence to lead change in their communities and beyond.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Aspire Leaders Program, applicants must:

• Be between 18 and 29 years old

• Be a current undergraduate student or a recent graduate who has not yet started a graduate program

• Meet at least one of the following socioeconomic criteria:

  • Be from a limited-income background

  • Be a first-generation university student (the first in their family to attend university)
