The Indonesian Ministry of Communications and Informatics is providing the scholarship.
The scholarship program (Kominfo) aims to improve Indonesians’ employability by producing communications and informatics professionals who can meet the demands of the information and communication technology (ICT) sector.

- A 20% tuition discount is available from the University of Twente.
- The Ministry of Communications and Informatics Scholarship (Kominfo) will nominate the recipients of the scholarship program grants who have met the conditions.
- The Ministry of Communications and Informatics Scholarship (Kominfo) will provide the recipients with a complete scholarship.
- Scholarship Type Masters students at the University of Twente in the Netherlands are eligible for the Ministry of Communications and Informatics Scholarship for 2023–2024.

Criteria for Eligibility
For consideration for the Ministry of Communications and Informatics Scholarship at the University of Twente in the Netherlands year 2023–24, all applicants must fulfill the following requirements.
- Become unconditionally accepted into the UT Master’s program.
- Have earned a bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent degree) from a university or other approved academic institution.
- Obtaining a bachelor’s degree (S1) as well as a cumulative accomplishment index (GPA) of at least 3.00, and especially for individuals with disabilities, at least 2.50 (on a scale of 4.0).
- Have past work experience in the technology and communications sector and local start-ups (for candidates from the general public, including those with disabilities).
- Possess at least two years’ worth of work experience.
- Possess a sufficient level of English proficiency as demonstrated by a recognized document, such as a TOEFL internet-based (TOEFL-IBT) score of at least 90 or an Academic IELTS with an overall band score of at least 6.5.
- They immediately leave the UT once they have finished their education there.
- The maximum age was 37 for ASN/TNI/POLRI members and 33 for the general public as of the registration deadline.
- Additional limitations might apply to specific programs.
