Application Method

- Documents to Back Up Your Application The university requires the following paperwork from students:
- The website for applicants is https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn. Print the Chinese Government Scholarships
- Application Form (Program Category: Type B; Agency No. of DMU: 10161). The scholarship application form must be completed in both Chinese and English by the applicant, who must also sign it.
- At this link, applicants must complete a different online form and provide the required documents.
- Mailing of paper application materials is not necessary.
Note:
- It is necessary to submit a full set of application papers, and applicants are accountable for the legitimacy of their supporting documentation. Falsified or incomplete application materials will be rejected.
- It is not necessary for applicants to send us hard copies of their application documentation. Some of the candidates will receive notification of an interview from our universities in April.
- Only applicants who are notified via email after the university’s preliminary evaluation that they have been accepted should send us two sets of all of their application materials by DHL or EMS.
- The highest diploma (degree certificate) and transcript do not require the original document, but one set of the original notarized highest diploma (degree certificate) and transcript should be provided. Regardless of whether it is accepted or not, the document will not be returned.
- Since the DMU Admissions Office will be contacting applicants, they must keep their phones on and frequently check their emails.

(2) A copy of your passport (including, if applicable, the information page, blank visa page, or Chinese visa pages).
(3) A photocopy of a notarized bachelor’s degree; aspiring degree recipients must produce official documentation from their current university proving that they are still enrolled in school. Documents written in languages other than Chinese or English shall be accompanied by notarized translations into Chinese or English.
(4) A Chinese or English transcript of grades.
(5) A study plan or research proposal in Chinese or English of at least 1500 words.
(6)Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors
