Sahara Global Talent Program for Recent Graduates – 2024
The Sahara Global Talent Program, which is intended for extraordinary young talent interested in learning skills in midstream oil and gas operation through trainings, job rotations, and mentorship, is accepting applications from appropriately qualified candidates.

Sahara Global Talent Program: Qualifications
In order to be evaluated for the Sahara Global Talent Program, candidates need to fulfill the essential prerequisites:
- By December 2023, candidates must not be older than twenty-six (26) years old.
- Possess no more than two years of professional experience
- Possess a university degree, ideally in subjects linked to science, computer science, engineering, accounting, law, or economics.
- Having a master’s degree will be beneficial in addition.
