Graduate Management Traineeship in Nigerian Breweries 2023: What to Expect

Successful applicants for the Nigerian Breweries Graduate Management Development Scheme 2023 will go through the following after a very competitive selection process:

• 12-month training program that is entirely residential
• Formal education and hands-on bonding

After completing the training, candidates will be placed in one of the company’s breweries around the nation as a shift manager in any of the following roles: brewing, packaging, logistics, or automation engineer, depending on the applicable disciplines.

Qualification Standards

• A Bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field, with a minimum grade of Second Class (Upper Division) (see below)
• An extra benefit is a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Standard Prerequisites for All Positions:

• A minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC, GCE, or SSCE, with at least three (3) related subjects and math
• NYSC completion, no sooner than January 2019
• Two years at most of work experience
• Digital dexterity
• Movement of territory both inside and outside of Nigeria
