Annang undergraduate students at Nigerian universities are eligible for this scholarship.
The Annang Local Government Area (Abak, Etim Ekpo, Essien Udim, Ika, Ikot Ekpene, Obot Akara, Oruk Anam, and Ukanafun) must be the applicant’s home district.
The award is worth one hundred thousand naira (100,000) if chosen.

Eligibility Criteria
You qualify for the NAF scholarship if you respond “yes” to the following 3 questions:
- Do you have a certificate of origin from one of the eight local governments proving your ancestry as an Annang native?
- Are you enrolled in a Nigerian university (polytechnic students are ineligible)?
- Are you a second-year, third-year, fourth-year, or fifth-year undergraduate Annang University student with first-year academic results or better?
Application Processes
- Submissions must be made by July 15, 2023.
- This online scholarship application form has no save function.
- You cannot save the form and return later to submit it.
- The application must be finished in one sitting.
- To prepare your answers, write your essay, and collect all attachments, please check over the application in the pdf format.
- Your essay can be copied and pasted into the application.
- The most recent university results, a letter of recommendation from a member of your university’s academic staff, a letter of recommendation from a third party, a certification of origin, an advance certificate or diploma (optional), a high school diploma, or the results of standard tests (optional) should all be saved and prepared to be attached.

Scholarship Essay
Write your essay outlining your need for the scholarship, your present contributions to your community, particularly any time you have had a leadership position, and how your career will benefit your community.
Include any recent contributions you have made to your community if you have previously won a scholarship.
