Program for Dangote Graduate Trainees | Qualifications
In order to qualify for the Dangote Graduate Trainee Program 2024, candidates must fulfill the essential prerequisites:
- Hold a Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of a second class lower or lower credit is required.
- Must have finished NYSC between 2023 and the deadline for applications.
- 28 years of age or younger (new grads) at the time of application
- Have earned at least five O-level credits in a single sitting, including math and English.
- While not required, prior work experience can be beneficial.
- Possess outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities.
- Have thorough familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications.

- Observing employees at Dangote Cement in various departments
- Take part in meetings, workshops, team-building exercises, and on-the-job training.
- Making notes about events and maintaining a record of lessons discovered.
- Putting together reports and giving presentations to other employees.
- Evaluating current systems and proposing fresh concepts for advancement.
- Bringing positive energy into the company and cultivating enduring business ties with employees.
- Doing out research and offering the Supervisor assistance when needed.
- Finishing fieldwork and, if necessary, traveling to several job locations.
