Scholarships for Africans from the Genevieve Mcmillan-Reba Stewart Foundation 2024/25
Each year, students from sub-Saharan Africa can apply for the Genevieve Mcmillan-Reba Stewart Foundation Scholarship to attend Sciences Po in France. The award is given out for superior academic standing. Applications for the 2024–2025 award selection are presently being accepted.
The scholarship was instituted in honor of Genevieve McMillan’s ardent interest in Africa. In addition to honoring the life and contributions of Genevieve McMillan, her friend and fellow artist Reba Stewart, it was founded in 2005 to carry forth the vision of its founder.

The Eligibility Criteria for the Genevieve Mcmillan-Reba Stewart Scholarship
The following criteria must be fulfilled in order for a candidate to be eligible for the Sciences Po Scholarship:
- Must be a national of one of the sub-Saharan African nations.
- Must have finished high school in a nation in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Must be admitted to the undergraduate Europe-Africa program at Sciences Po.
- Show off your outstanding academic skills.
- Benefits of the grant Full tuition for the Sciences Po each year for the length of study is covered by the grant.
- Living expenditures may be covered by an additional grant, since social conditions are also considered.
Procedures for Applications
How Do I Apply? The initial step in applying for the Genevieve Mcmillan-Reba Stewart Foundation Scholarship is to submit an undergraduate Europe-Africa program application to Sciences Po. The Sciences Po Admissions website is the place to submit your application.
All applicants must submit an application to scholarship@usscpo.org and matthew.baker@sciencespo.fr for the Genevieve McMillan-Reba Stewart Foundation Scholarship in addition to the student admission application.
