The Vice Chancellor’s overseas Scholarship is available to excellent overseas applicants to Griffith University’s undergraduate and postgraduate coursework degree programs. Griffith University is happy to make this announcement.
If the continued enrollment requirements are met, the scholarship only pays 50% of undergraduate or postgraduate coursework tuition expenses for the duration of the program. You must accept the scholarship before the deadline in order to be eligible to receive the program’s offer as well.

Eligibility Requirements
- You must not be an Australian or a New Zealander to qualify.
- Possess a minimum GPA from prior coursework of 6.0 or higher on a scale of 1 to 7, or its equivalent.
- Have a scholarship offer from Griffith by the deadline for scholarship applications.
- Complete all academic and English language criteria for admission to your preferred undergraduate or graduate program.
- Start studying full-time in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- To receive and keep the scholarship, students must be enrolled full-time, making academic progress, meeting the requirements of their program of study, and possessing a valid student visa, unless credit forbids full-time enrollment.
- Students must successfully complete all courses for each trimester of their studies and move on to enroll in the following trimester in order to preserve scholarship eligibility. To be eligible for tuition fee deductions the following year, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 5.5 on a scale of 7.0. The cumulative GPA is the GPA totaled for the grades given to the student over the course of their academic career. For students who start in Trimester 1, the cumulative GPA will be assessed at the end of Trimester 2, and for students who start in Trimester 2 or Trimester 3, it will be examined at the conclusion of Trimester 1.
- Students must continue to be enrolled in the program for which the scholarship offer was made, as specified on the Griffith International Admissions Letter of Offer.
