12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

MFM Devotional For Today 2022 MESSAGE:
In continuation of yesterday’s message, the flesh must die, if you must grow into maturity in Christ and walk continually in the Spirit.
The Bible states that the flesh lusts against the Spirit, all in a bid to prevent you from living a righteous and holy life. The apostle Paul exclaimed, “I die daily.” This tells us that it is a continuous exercise to put the flesh to death and subdue everything attached to it. Again, he said in 1 Corinthians 9:27, that he put his flesh in subjection so that he doesn’t become a castaway after winning souls into the kingdom.
Beloved, this is a serious matter! lf you don’t put off the old man and put on the new man which is renewed in the knowledge of Christ, you cannot be a partaker of that glorious experience in Christ here on earth and in heaven. There must be a “putting off and putting on”. It is a spiritual exercise to be carried out by you, not by God or by anyone on your behalf. By doing this, you will experience a new life in Christ, free of condemnation. It shall be nothing but Christ in you the hope of glory!
2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us that you will become a new creature when the old things are passed away, How much of the old man and his corrupt ways have you dealt with since you became born again? Do you still give excuses or pamper your old and ungodly habits? Are you unteachable, repelling corrections? Or you are full of pride and arrogance claiming, “This is me, take it or leave it.” If you keep feeding the flesh, it will soon become so wild that it devours you. I pray that God will make you know the truth and it shall set you free, in the name of Jesus.
Romans 12:2 counsels us to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Only by doing this shall you know what is the acceptable will of God. Start that process of spiritual transformation. Renew your mind with the word of God, let it dwell in you richly, as it teaches and enlightens your mind on what is right and should be done. Endeavour to pray all kinds of prayers. Discipline your mind. Let your thoughts be pure and be Spirit-filled. You should also find time to praise God. In all of these, you will gradually become a new being, doing the will of God, and the old man shall not have dominion over your life, in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
Agenda of the old man to rubbish my life, fail woefully and die, in the name ofJesus.
Anything that does not glorify God in my life, come out and die now, in the name of Jesus.
Power to be renewed from inside out, come upon me now by fire, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
O God, arise and destroy anything that would hinder me from making heaven, in the name of Jesus.
I cast off every old nature in me and put on the new man, in the name of Jesus.
Inherited negative character, you will not destroy my life, come out, die, in the name of Jesus.
Father Lord, help me to live a righteous life, pleasing unto You always, in the name of Jesus.

Father in the name of Jesus, I thank You for:
Drawing me to prayer and power,
The salvation of my soul,
Baptizing me with the Holy Spirit,
Producing spiritual gifts upon my life,
The fruits of the spirit working in me,
The wonderful gift of praise,
All the ways You have intervened in my affairs,
Your divine plan for my life,
You will never leave me nor forsake me,
Bringing me to a place of maturity and deeper life,
Lifting me up when I fall,
Keeping me in perfect peace,
Making all things work together for good for me,
Protecting me from the snares of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence,
The wonder-working power in Your Word and in the Blood of the Lamb,
