TOPIC: Great Is The Lord’s Faithfulness (TREM Devotional 15 January 2022)
“They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:23 (KJV)
The scripture says: great is His faithfulness. I love it! Now notice that the scripture doesn’t say great is your faithfulness. It says great is His faithfulness. Whatever He is doing for you is based on His faithfulness, not your faithfulness. God is faithful! God can be trusted! Even if you don’t believe, He abides faithful. It is His faithfulness that will give me access. It is His faithfulness that has lifted you. It is His faithfulness that has made you who you are.
“For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,…But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel” (Hebrews 12:18 & 22-24 KJV).
The blood is speaking, even right now. You can receive your healing wherever you are. You can receive your victory wherever you are. Because of the Lord’s faithfulness, you will not be stranded and you will not lack what to eat. Your business will not be destroyed. You will not die but live to declare the works of God.
I believe that your moment of settlement has come. No matter your challenge, no matter your difficulty, I want to assure you that your day of settlement is here. Your suffering for a while is over. God has intervened in your affairs because He is faithful. He is too faithful to abandon or disappoint you.
“My covenant I will not break, nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips”. (Psalms 89:34 NKJV). His mercy will not allow the enemy to consume you. I remember, His compassion will never fail because He is a faithful God. Even right now, there is a new wave of compassion touching every part of your being. Every conspiracy against you from the pit of hell will not stand. Every hand of the enemy against your life is restricted.
