Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create awareness of new products to customers via WhatsApp story as well as on Instagram.
• Engage and reach out to customers’ online and outdoor marketing.
• Draping the mannequin for proper display of fabric at the store.
• Engage walk in customers and sell to them.
• Share fashion ideas with customers relating to the styles which the fabrics can create.
• Refer fashion designers to customer based on customers’ preference.
• Ensure a smooth customer order placement, monitor the process till the fabrics gets delivered to the customer and customer is satisfied.
• Update all new and existing customers on new stock via WhatsApp and other social media channels.
• Generate payment advice and send to the customer for payment.
• Prepare daily sales report and send to the right channels.
• Ensure proper arrangement and display of fabrics in the store.
• Ensure orderliness the store at all times.
• Keep and update database for all customer that engage with the store.

Requirements

• OND Qualification.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing in Fashion Industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
