We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Generating sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling of company’s services.
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and ensure satisfactory service fulfillment.
- Responsible for Customer adoption of technology platform.
- Keep records of client transactions and manage collections of payments.
- Coordinate with staff members required for service fulfillment to ensure consistent satisfactory service.
- Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 – 4 years Proven experience as an Account Manager.
- Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/relationships.
- Account Management or revenue-generating Experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in startups is a strong plus.
