Job Title: Concierge
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a concierge who can deliver exceptional services in the reception area.
- The ideal fit is one who is customer centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone an email inquiry from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Assist guests with luggage and show them to their room
- Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages
- Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
- Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc
- Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
Requirements
- Must live within Ikeja GRA environs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
