Towntalk has developed and launched the free “Area!” mobile app for personal safety and the “Pulse” Risk Management Software for corporate security.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Intelligence Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• The role of the Intelligence Officer includes handling sensitive information, preparing intelligence reports and delivering real-time data-intelligence support to Towntalk’s clients.

Key Tasks

• Using technology to gather, store, verify and share intelligence
• Using technology to liaise with local sources in real-time
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly data-driven reports
• Managing dedicated client operations, projects and assets

Qualifications

• Degree in Political Science, International Relations, or similar field
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Language: Speak, read and write in multiple local languages
• Subject matter expertise in Politics, Economics, Crime, or related fields

Skills:

• Language: Speak, read and write in multiple local languages
• IT tools: Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Sage, Power BI, etc.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
