Currently, our operations span across 17 locations (15 stores and 4 central operation units) in Lagos, Nigeria, with rapid expansion plans to penetrate more locations in the short to medium term.

Job Description

• Coordinate the activities of all projects, project staffs and project managers
• Planning and Defining Scope of projects with project managers
• Planning and co-ordinating design, drawings with the design team
• Activity Planning and Sequencing
• Resource Planning
• Developing Schedules
• Time Estimating
• Cost Estimating
• Developing a Budget
• Documentation
• Creating Charts and Schedules
• Risk Analysis
• Managing Risks and Issues
• Monitoring and Reporting Progress
• Team Leadership
• Strategic Influencing
• Business Partnering
• Working with Vendors
• Scalability, Interoperability and Portability Analysis
• Controlling Quality
• Benefits Realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years of project management and related experience
• Proven working experience in project management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
