Brows and Brushes is a service-oriented beauty lounge that offers strictly eyelash and brows services to her clients. Brows and Brushes is a semi-permanent lash and brow outlet. We offer services that cater to women helping enhance her outlook. Our in-store services include semi-permanent las application, semi-permanent brows, lash grooming, brow grooming, aftercare products, and general beauty consultation service. The company is located in the heart of Abuja.

Position Overview
- We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
- The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and workflow between clients and creative staff
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintain a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude towards customers always
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a related field
- Must have at least 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role
- Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers and clients
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High attention to details and being able to prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
