Marietta permits a student to receive up to two non-need-based awards with a total dollar value not to exceed the cost of full tuition
1.) Incoming domestic Freshmen Scholarships
These academic scholarships are awarded to top students in the entering class, regardless of financial need. In order to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a first time, full-time, degree-seeking student accepted for admission to Marietta College by May 1, 2021.
- Meet the cumulative high school GPA requirement based on an official transcript.

2.) Transfer Scholarships for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022
Transfer scholarships and awards are offered to reward your current success in higher education. In order to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a full-time, degree-seeking student transferring to Marietta College from an accredited college or university.
- Be working towards your first bachelor’s degree.
- Must have completed at least two terms of college credit.
- All prior college transcripts must be received by the first day of your first term.
