Nigeria’s Sadiq Umar Receives Player Of The Month Award In Spain
The second-highest goal scorer in the Spanish second tier of the league. Sadiq Umar has received his player of the month award.
Umar on Sunday was given the award of player of the month for January in the stadium although he was missing in action in Almeria’s match due to red card offence.
Umar will, however, be available for selection come Wednesday against Leganes, the club of Kenneth Omeruo in an outstanding tie.
Victory for Almeria in Sunday’s match against Las Palmas shot the team to the third position on the log with 49 points while another win against Leganes will make them joint top with 51 points,
Real Mallorca are presently first on the log with 51 points
