Godsent Ephu – Ikukuamanoya
Godsent Ephu: born Ephu Oghenekaro is an Enugu based Deltan preacher/singer. He is called and sent by God to preach the gospel round the world through: the revelations of scriptures and music ministrations. His musical career began as far back as early 2000 as a secular artist; at a very young age, until 2012: when he encountered Christ and quitted secular music. He is among the very few secular artists who gave up that life for the gospel.
IKUKUAMANOYA is the second single from his upcoming debut gospel album.
“IKUKUAMANOYA” is an Ibo word, and it means the wind that cannot be trapped. It is used by the Ibo’s to describe God as a supernatural wind: a whirlwind that is unquenchable because God possesses the attributes of a rushing mighty wind. “IKUKUAMANOYA” is a spirit-filled worship song inspired by the Holy Spirit “I received the song in the midst of prayers in the secret place on June 17th, 2020 and I could remember that all I was hearing and singing was “IKUKUAMANOYA” as if I have heard it before, yet I am not an Ibo man.
